Behind the home you'll find two parking spots. One for each unit.

Street parking is permit only.

Almost all homes in the surrounding blocks have one or two off street spots and there is a large school nearby with no vehicle density in the evenings. It's seldom you would ever be parking on the street more than a few car lengths from the home.

70% of the homes in the image below have parking for 2 or more cars and there is a large school on the backside of the block south of us, which has no night time parking needs. That dramatically lowers parking density.

The Amtrak outdoor lot is 1 full block west. It offers $5 flat rate parking at night and on weekends for 24 hours, making it super easy to have friends over. Parking just hasn't been a major issue on the block since the mid 2000s for all these reasons and more...
