Unit B is about 1950 square feet. Entrances are from the front of building and rear of building. Living space and Kitchen is on the 2nd floor of building and two bedrooms and two baths are on the 3rd floor.

Unit B can be entered into from the 2nd story rear deck. Entry there leads directly into the Kitchen.

The 2nd floor of the Building is the 1st floor of Apartment B. This floor has the living area (approximately 16 x 50), which is large enough for two living rooms and a gaming area or some other creative setup. This floor also has the large, eat in kitchen.

The 3rd floor of the Building is the 2nd floor of Apartment B. This floor has two bedrooms and two baths.

Front Bedroom has a private entrance to the bathroom and there is a hall entrance to the same bathroom. 12' of closet space. High Ceilings and lots of light.
Rear Bedroom has a private entrance to the connected bathroom. There is 12' of closet space although some of it is only 12" deep due to a chimney.
Jack and Jill Bathrooms - There is a Pocket Door between the bathrooms. That stays closed if there are roommates and open if the second floor is being used as a 1000sf master suite.
