Unit A - Rental App/Contact
Unit A is a 3 bedroom 3 bath home. We are currently renting it out as a fully furnished rental.
Full Home - $2400/month single occupancy, $2800 double occupancy and $3200/mo triple occupancy
We will also consider renting out two of the bedrooms in Unit A on separate leases. In such a situation, the third bedroom is left vacant and available to the tenants as a second living room or secondary office. The monthly rate is $1800/month/bedroom, which includes all utilities.
Our ideal tenants are travel Nurses or others traveling for business.

Please provide the following:
Your full name
The City and State of your current primary residence
Desired Start and End dates for a lease
Current or Expected Place of Employment. If on contract, please provide start and end dates along with any possibilities for extensions
A link to a Public Profile (linked In, professional bio, fb, or other)
Have you worked in Baltimore before and/or do you know the city?
Do you have a car or will you rent one? (Zipcars in neighborhood)
Please confirm your credit score is over 700.
Please confirm you've reviewed the Lease Reqs to the right..
If you are applying to rent one of the rooms separate from others on a different lease, please confirm you are or can be tidy in the kitchen given it is a shared resource with the other tenants who you are unfamiliar with at this time.
Are you traveling with pets?
Do you have any pet allergies?
Please share anything else you feel is relevant that we may want to discuss...
Lease Requirement
As part of all Leases for Unit A I require:
Drivers License
Vehicle Registration (if applicable)
Link to a Public Profile (linked, fb, professional bio, etc)
Screenshot of Credit Score with 700+ (Credit Karma offers free accounts)
Proof of Employment
Alternative mailing address if that on Driver's License is not the same w/ explanation of difference
Written Acknowledgement related to the Kitchen - Something along the lines of... "I understand the kitchen is a shared portion of the home, and I will try to leave it in a manner that is welcoming for my house mates after each use."

Please review it. It will be customized for our agreement and is typically 3 to 4 pages when complete. A pdf will be sent to you for signature and a scanned copy will need to be returned.

4) Is your credit score and everyone on the lease/occupying the property over 700? (you will be asked to provide documentation)

6) Are you familiar with this area and/or have you driven by? (if not, do so prior to sending inquiry)
7) What do you do for earning a living/are you a student?
8) List number of occupants that would be living in the home and relationship to you
9) Any pets?
